We work in partnership with, and supply our products via more than 400 retailers, Hi-Fi stores, and e-tailers across Australia and New Zealand.
Established in 1986, BusiSoftAV was borne out of a simple desire: to bring the best products from around the world to Australia and New Zealand. Having successfully fulfilled this mission for over three decades, we have gone from strength to strength and developed into a pan-Australasian business, staffed by enthusiastic professionals with years of industry leading experience.
We have carefully built a 'best in class” range of products and accessories, sourced from many world class manufacturers, including market leaders such as Dynaudio, Astell&Kern, Audeze, Grado, Simaudio, Focal, Naim and many more.
Well known for having a brand portfolio with particular focus on Personal Audio, Consumer Audio-Visual, and Professional Audio, many of our products also appeal to a broad range of customers including working professionals and the new generation looking for the joys of an authentic audio experience. These customers understand premium products and seek out digital, wireless, networked and the latest streaming technologies.
We represent premium brands, understand our customers and the technology, both of which allow us to educate dealers and achieve true sales momentum. Our sales channels include major retailers, value added resellers, boutique retailers, luxury/lifestyle stores and e-tailers. Key customers include JB Hi-Fi, Addicted to Audio and leading specialist Hi-Fi stores across Australia and New Zealand
We pro-actively select and develop the most appropriate channels for our various product categories and suppliers, with a medium/long-term view of the requirements of our brands. Our team is backed up by sophisticated IT systems, a great logistics engine, and deep inventories.
